Student Academic Resources

 

Communication Period (CP): Communication Period is after school from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m.. This is a time for the student to receive individual help in their classes from any of their teachers. Teachers often offer time during CP to make-up missed work, missed tests, or receive extra tutoring in areas that the student is having difficulty grasping or just wants to excel.

 

Academic Resource Center (ARC):  ARC is an after school tutoring program located in the TT Library from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.. Teachers are available to provide additional tutoring to any and all students. There are computers, books, and other library references available for the students to use.

 

Saturday Support Session (SSS):  SSS is similar to ARC except it is held on Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m.. This is an excellent resource for students who are unable to stay after school during the week. SSS provides students with the perfect opportunity to excel in their classes.

 

Buses are provided for all of our after school resources. These resources are put into place so the students have every opportunity possible to succeed in their classes.
